About Internships

Sydney Fringe offers a limited number of unpaid internships to individuals who are interested in acquiring practical industry experience across a wide range of areas associated with the creative arts, including theatre, dance, music, film and visual arts. Interns at Sydney Fringe will work alongside industry professionals and be actively involved with the administration, operation and delivery of Sydney Fringe 2012.

Anyone may apply for an internship with Sydney Fringe, but preference will be given to students and recent graduates in areas associated with the creative arts. Where students are required to undertake a vocational placement as part of their current coursework, Sydney Fringe will work with both the student and educational institution to satisfy any existing course requirements. Sydney Fringe is also proactively involved in helping interns obtain relevant employment at the conclusion of their internship.

Sydney Fringe 2012 isn’t taking new interns at this time. But there will be call out for new interns closer to the festival date.
